Sumario:This article addresses the analysis of the perceptions of learning that emerge when university students develop the design and implementation of a Participatory Educational Workshop within the framework of an Experiential Education Extension Practice, in the subject Health Education and Family Economy, from the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from the Faculty of Biochemistry and Biological Sciences of the National University of the Litoral. The subject promotes learning for the role of educator of future professionals. The information on the perceptions of this learning was obtained from a final mixed survey directed at the students, designed by the teaching team. The results show the implication of university extension on student learning. The critical, innovative and socially committed training that university extension provides for students is significantly seen in the results of the survey.
