Undoubtedly, the pandemic has required a redoubling of efforts in this sense, leaving pedagogical and organizational traces and effects in the institutions. After two years of return to face–to–face attendance, in the year two thousand and twenty–three, and putting an end to the automatic promotion plan, the Plan for the accompaniment of students' trajectories in Secondary Education was implemented in the Province of Santa Cruz. This plan tries to revert some of the effects of the assisted promotion which, according to official data (2024), is expressed in 75 % of the students who owe more than three subjects and 30 % of the graduates accumulating spaces pending approval without limits. The discussion is based on temporal continuity, identifying three moments in the regulation and monitoring of student trajectories: home schooling (in the 2020 and 2021 cycles), full attendance and traces of the pandemic (2022) and the end of automatic promotion as a way of counteracting the effects of the pandemic (2023 and 2024). En la última década, las políticas educativas han avanzado en modificaciones curriculares, en la evaluación, promoción y asistencia como modo de acompañar las trayectorias estudiantiles. Sin dudas, la pandemia ha requerido redoblar esfuerzos en ese sentido, dejando huellas y efectos pedagógicos y organizativos en las instituciones. Luego de dos años de retorno a la presencialidad, en el año 2023, y dando punto final al plan de promoción automática, se puso en marcha en la Provincia de Santa Cruz el Plan de Acompañamiento a las Trayectorias de los Estudiantes en Educación Secundaria. Este plan intenta revertir alguno de los efectos de la promoción asistida que, según datos oficiales (2024), se expresa en el 75 % de los estudiantes que adeudan más de tres materias y en el 30 % de los egresados acumulando espacios pendientes de aprobación sin límites. Instalamos la discusión en la continuidad temporal, identificando para el análisis tres momentos en la regulación y acompañamiento de las trayectorias estudiantiles: la escolaridad en casa (en los ciclos 2020 y 2021), presencialidad plena y huellas de la pandemia (2022) y fin de la promoción automática como modo de contrarrestar efectos de la pandemia (2023 y 2024).
