Sumario:The purpose of this work is to raise some reflections of conventionality control at the administrative area. The aim is to contribute with some considerations to the discussion, about the general and concrete obligations of the public administration on the subject. Therefore, the structure of this contribution is based on the jurisprudential formant of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights with implications on the subject, the recovery of some theoretical positions that have been positioned in the discussion, as well as the reflection on the theoretical model that could be considered more fortunate in attention to the operational peculiarities that administrative authorities have in the case of conventionality control.
