| Sumario: | This article holds a critical and multidisciplinary bibliography revision about the literature related to police reform phenomena in Buenos Aires Province. The most important highlights of the existent literature are analyzed from both temporal and disciplinary approaches. This article offers an overview of the foundational studies related to political science and criminal law and underpin the further contributions to this agenda of the most recent political science based investigations. It also sums up the most salient contributions made from the anthropological, historical, sociological and communicational approaches. The main objective is to offer a general view of the studies on public security policies in Buenos Aires, that can help colleagues in dealing with the elaboration of new questions, problems and hypothesis for their researches. |
