Sumario:The world is in a new stage of the economy based on large global infrastructures. This infrastructure is made of capital goods with virtual and physical components, that must be understood from the General Cost Theory. From the concept of “cost” it was possible to conclude that middle economic aggregates generate value by delivering to the end users a series of goods and services that generate utility, and that value is transferred to the factors used: hardware and software, which would correspond to Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms and network providers
