Sumario:Can all the inhabitants of a city participate in all areas of culture? What public policies are displayed to make cultural goods accessible to the population that funds their infrastructure through taxes? We understand that objectives such as accessibility to cultural property, circulation on public and private art-related spaces, as well as the formation of a critical performing arts audience, can be rarely identified in the actions that are implemented in different areas linked to cultural spaces and policies.
