Sumario:In Mexico in the 1960s and 1970s, there were various armed groups opposing the regime and all were defeated by the state. Both political and military defeat extended the field of memory. Armed organizations opposing the regime, were covered by a mantle of forgetfulness, which has resulted in misinformation, myth and idealization of its existence. The present article approaches how former members of political-military organizations of the 1960s and 1970s in Mexico, reconstruct his memory from a specific event: the defeat they suffered.
