Sumario:This article is part of our Doctoral Thesis research, which focuses on the work experiences of young employees in a multinational enterprise of supermarkets in the city of Rosario. In this paper we develop the supermarket’s business policy in relation to the time flexibility, then focus on one of the practices carried out by workers in their everyday work regarding this issue.We will focus on time schedules exchange that workers develop and how these strategies is linked in various ways with the business policies of organizing working hours. In analyzing this issue, we highlight the concept of exchanges in order to think the actions of workers and their relationship with the practices that the company deploys around that mechanism.
