They ware some forces measure done it by “Metalurgica Tandil”, the more important car parts smelter of the market during the decade of 1970, with the objective of resisting to the impresarios decision of changing some sides of worker organization and to reclaim salaries increases El presente artículo es un intento de valorar el proceso de trabajo como una dimensión explicativa importante, para comprender el comportamiento y los valores obreros durante los conflictos laborales. Nuestra escala de análisis es local, ya que estudiaremos una serie de acontecimientos sucedidos en una fábrica metalúrgica bonaerense durante el autodenominado “Proceso de Reorganización Nacional”.
