Our scale of analysis is local, because we are going to study a sequence of happenings that take place in a bonaerense metallurgic factory in the period 1978-1980. They ware some forces measure done it by “Metalurgica Tandil”, the more important car parts smelter of the market during the decade of 1970, with the objective of resisting to the impresarios decision of changing some sides of worker organization and to reclaim salaries increases El presente artículo es un intento de valorar el proceso de trabajo como una dimensión explicativa importante, para comprender el comportamiento y los valores obreros durante los conflictos laborales.
