| Sumario: | This article aims to analyze the work force that is produced and reproduced in a labor context marked by digital technology. In particular, we focus on the leading e-commerce company in Latin America: Mercado Libre. Specifically, we are interested in addressing worker’s meanings about work, understanding that they are in constant tension between business policies, business pedagogical processes and the agency of subjects. In relation to the idea of work.
