Sumario:This article addresses the therapeutic itineraries of children with cancer in Argentina, based on the analysis of their mothers’ narratives, in the context of migrations from the Argentine Northwest and Northeast towards the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in order to access diagnoses and / or medical care that are unavailable in their places of origin. Ethnographic fieldwork was carried out in a public pediatric hospital of national reference, as well as at a foundation and a hotel where some of these families stayed during these periods. The article aims to analyze the various actions deployed by these mothers against the disease in terms of tactics that articulate the care process.
