El problema en Argentina es que las personas realizan diversas actividades laborales, más no todas ellas son consideradas como “trabajo”, por lo que se propone la importancia de una reconceptualización de su significado. Asimismo, se plantea la necesidad de avanzar hacia políticas estatales que garanticen ingresos a partir del reconocimiento de esa diversidad de actividades laborales. SUMMARY The article addresses the relationship between the type and conditions of labor insertion and inequality in Argentine society in the context of a pandemic. The starting point is the certainty that job placement mainly configures the possibility of satisfying living conditions both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view. The problem in Argentina is that people carry out various work activities, but not all of them are considered as “work”, which is why the importance of a reconceptualization of their meaning is proposed.
