Sumario:The aim of this article is to refer briefly to environmental law and sustainable environmental law which is a tool to achieve sustainable development, including international and European perspective. Then we refer to the JUST Side Network and the comparative law analysis that is to be carried out as one of the activities of the network for the construction of a system of criteria for the legal analysis of territorial, environmental and social data, within the framework of the environmental regulations of some of the participating States.
