Sumario:Kelsen beyond Pure Theory of Law. -- Abstract: Hans Kelsen is one of the most influential jurists in the history of Humanity, standing out as one of the leading exponents of legal positivism, through his work the Pure Theory of Law. However, there are many investigations after this one, where he made important contributions to other disciplines, seeking to further highlight the distinction between Lawand other knowledge. We will delve into those aspects of the Austrian author´s thought in which he stood out, that go beyond his pure theory, and that establish him as a very present universal thinker, so that his lucid insights, especially in sociological and anthropological aspects, are relevant to understanding the contemporary society and culture.
