The mechanism of urgent actions, submitted by relatives of a disappeared person, their representatives or anyone with a legitimate interest in the matter, allows the Committee to intervene quickly to take appropriate measures. This system is not, however, without its problems. A través del mecanismo de las acciones urgentes, presentadas por los allegados de una persona desaparecida, sus representantes o todo aquel que cuente con un interés legítimo en ello, se permite activar la rápida intervención del Comité para que fije las medidas adecuadas.
