| Sumario: | The framework of this research focuses on the aesthetics present in a series of sculptures that can be associated with law, in order to know their explicit or implicit socio-juridical features. In the contribution summarized here, we studied a group of monuments and busts located in the city of La Plata, where successive urban interventions took place. Our findings show how certain aesthetic values transmitted in them are associated with health models implemented in our environment, which are diverse and even contradictory. The differences in the analyzed health models allude to the public policies that support them, to their conceptual definitions and to the constitutional and legal regulations that accompany\ntheir implementation, with very concrete consequences. The methodology used here included in-situ observation, gathering and photographic recording of plastic works of art located in the public space, as well as documentary analysis |
