To that extent, the persistence of these perspectives within the listening frames in which the ex-detained-disappeared subjects testified is thoroughly analyzed, specifically those who were victims of sexual violence in the clandestine detention centers, accounting the difficulties faced in their enunciation within the legal system in the post-dictatorship era and beyond. Hence, and considering the aforementioned constructions of subjectivation and discipline, this article purports to demonstrate the curbs and the potentiality of testification as a political tool to resignify experiences in the processes of the construction of a collective memory of the genocide. El presente artículo indaga el rol de la categorización por género en las diversas formas de disciplinamiento y subjetivación que se buscaron reproducir desde el Terrorismo de Estado implementado durante la última dictadura cívico-militar-eclesiástica en Argentina (1976-1983). Para tal fin se analiza la persistencia de estas lógicas en los marcos de escucha y los testimonios de lxs ex-detenidxs desaparecidxs, particularmente de aquellxs que fueron víctimas de violencia sexual en los centros clandestinos de detención, dando cuenta de las dificultades que tuvo su enunciación en los dispositivos jurídicos en la postdictadura y más allá de ellos. Desde allí, y frente a las formas de subjetivación y disciplinamiento antes mencionadas, se busca mostrar los límites y potencias del testimonio como un instrumento político en tensión capaz tanto de reproducir formas sistémicas de opresión como de posibilitar la resignificación de vivencias en los procesos de construcción de una memoria colectiva del genocidio.
