Sumario:The article presents the main trends of gender-terms in sectoral collective bargaining in urban regions of Argentina. It is based on a wide range of data, drawn from the survey of collective strategies and ways of building demands carried out in agreements, semi-structured interviews, and the data produced in workshops attended by activists, militants, and union leaders. Progress will be made in the description of the main areas of demands (wage gap, violence and care) establishing the obstacles, the challenges, as well as the stray collectives of women organized in trade unions.
