In this article, we analyze the political framework of state control during the Juarez regime, in its final term in office, in light of its recent history. Human rights violations by this political movement were made visible in the media and at the national level in the context of conflict triggered in 2003 by the double murder at La Dársena. We use conceptual tools such as the Juarez state system and the idea of the Juarez state to understand the political socialization and system of domination that extended their networks to the margins of illegality. The main contribution of fieldwork to our ethnography is the two native categories on which we will focus our attention: “political work” and the “dirty work” of “Musa and his people.” The latter were convicted for the murder of the young women Leyla and Patricia, found in early 2003, the former dismembered and the latter tortured to death, at La Dársena. |

En este artículo analizaremos la trama política de control estatal durante el Juarismo en su último período de gobierno y a la luz de su historia reciente. Las violaciones a los derechos humanos por parte de esa corriente política se visibilizaron mediáticamente y a nivel nacional en el contexto conflictivo desencadenado en 2003 por el doble crimen de La Dársena. Apelamos a herramientas conceptuales como sistema-de-Estado Juarista e idea de Estado Juarista para comprender la socialización política y el sistema de dominación que extendieron sus redes hacia los márgenes de ilegalidad. Como principal aporte del trabajo de campo a nuestra etnografía, aparecen las dos categorías nativas sobre las que centraremos nuestra atención: el “trabajo político” y los “trabajos sucios” de “Musa y su gente”. Estos últimos fueron condenados por el crimen de las jóvenes Leyla y Patricia, encontradas a principios del 2003, descuartizada la primera y torturada hasta la muerte la segunda, en La Dársena. Neste artigo, analisamos o quadro político de controle estatal durante o regime de Juárez, em seu último mandato, à luz de sua história recente. As violações de direitos humanos por esse movimento político foram visibilizadas na mídia e em nível nacional no contexto do conflito desencadeado em 2003 pelo duplo assassinato em La Dársena. Utilizamos ferramentas conceituais como o sistema estatal de Juárez e a ideia de Estado Juárez para compreender a socialização política e o sistema de dominação que estendeu suas redes às margens da ilegalidade. A principal contribuição do trabalho de campo para nossa etnografia são as duas categorias nativas nas quais concentraremos nossa atenção: “trabalho político” e “trabalho sujo” de “Musa e seu povo”. Estes últimos foram condenados pelo assassinato das jovens Leyla e Patricia, encontradas no início de 2003, a primeira esquartejada e a segunda torturada até a morte, em La Dársena.
