Sumario:Abstract: In this work -based upon the idea that the Peronist partisan doctrine, apart from being used as propaganda in favour of the regime and contributing to consolidate the government’s actions, has also been used as a “guide” for the modification of Argentine reality- we analyze the influence of said doctrine upon the formulation of Argentine law during the first terms of Juan Domingo Perón’s government (1946-1955). Thus, and through the comparison of documents of that time, we analyze in deep the scope and chacarteristics of such influence on the enactment and construction of national legal rules.
