Sumario:The authors of this book come from twelve institutions of higher education. Since 2001, they have collaborated at the academic level on education, re-search and R+D+i (research, development and innovation) through different ALFA projects (ALFA I and II and ALFA III). The different members of the work teams (professors, researchers and administrators) come from schools of IT and architecture at their respective institutions. The fields that have been the focus of work over the past decade include education, architecture and IT. We have combined more technical areas like digital representation, multimedia and computer graphics with more methodological areas such as distance learning, within the field of Lifelong Learning (LLL). Each group has applied the results to its work sphere and to the academic and personal interests of its members.
