Sumario:Our main object is to present a training dispositive currently applied at the Universidad de Belgrano which pretends to encourage the use of technology in university education and its management inside an institutional program developed for increasing the professors skills. Furthermore we have done a research on the home page of the web sites of private and public universities in the Argentine territory to give a wide view of the use of technology. The technology has impacted in the university level generating special needs from the professors and from the educational institutions. As a consequence, not only the professors but also the university has experience in traditional teaching and few training in the use of technology. The students that learn in the university level in Argentina have higher experience in digital developments: they are native digital inside a university with traditional environments. The training dispositive of formation that we design enhances the reflection in action, the achievement of a personal learning in an “adventure way” within a complex perspective in the field of technology that get over the new digital alphabetizations.
