This done, they leave aside the interpretative approach to focus in the most practical aception of the juridical concept, as a rule that is imposed in the Argentinian “Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación” and other commercial laws, such as the “Ley de Sociedades Comerciales” or the “Ley de Lealtad Comercial”, taking note of the many articles that assume legitimate trust as a factual cause of many civil and commercial institutions. En el presente artículo los autores analizan una serie de diferentes significados del concepto jurídico “Confianza legítima”, enfocándose en la más práctica acepción del concepto jurídico, el de una regla que es impuesta por el “Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación” y otras leyes comerciales argentinas, tales como la “Ley General de Sociedades” o la normativa de “lealtad comercial”, tomando nota de los artículos incluidos en dichas disposiciones jurídicas que asumen a la confianza legítima como una causa fáctica de muchas instituciones civiles y comerciales.
