During the process of correction of the parents, excesses are sometimes committed. In assessing the assessment of these excesses, it is necessary to assess the consequences and their effects on the child/young person. In the most relevant situations, these may fall within the scope of civil liability. In order for civil liability to arise, it is necessary to fulfill certain requirements, and this is the analysis that we will focus on in this work. El ejercicio de las responsabilidades parentales incluye el poder-deber de educación. Durante el proceso de correción de los progenitores, a veces son cometidos excesos. Al realizar la evaluación de esos excesos, es necesario considerar las consecuencias y sus efectos en el niño/joven. En las situaciones más relevantes, éstas pueden caer dentro del ámbito de la responsabilidad civil. Para que se configure la responsabilidad civil, es necesario que se cumplan los distintos presupuestos, y es a este análisis al que nos abocaremos en el presente trabajo. Na apreciação da avaliação desses excessos é necessário avaliar as consequências e os seus efeitos na criança/jovem. Nas situações mais relevantes essas poderão inserir-se no âmbito da responsabilidade civil. Para haver lugar à responsabilidade civil é necessário preencher os vários pressupostos e é isso que nos propomos a fazer neste trabalho.
