Sumario:The present work exposes a thermal-energetic study of a Primary Health Care Center (CAPS), located in San Miguel de Tucumán. It is   verified the envelope behavior based on the provisions of the IRAM standard, condensation risks and thermal transmittance coefficient. The results obtained from four hygrothermal monitoring carried out in the different seasons of the year are analyzed and contrasted with temperature and relative humidity data obtained at a weather station. Based on these data, hygrothermal comfort is evaluated with the PMV and PPD standards. Finally, the energy consumption, registered in the invoice of the service provider company, in the different stations is analyzed and compared with the data obtained from the monitoring. This work aims to generate a characterization of parameters associated with energy efficiency and thermal comfort of CAPS located in San Miguel de Tucumán.
