Ethics, thus understood, is a collective construction or edification that would resemble an aesthetics of life. Deleuze is convinced that the ethical problem consists in finding ways of life that are not bureaucratic, not despotic and not ‘representative’ for social struggles. To this end, he proposes an experimental ethics. Therefore, this article aims to expose the moral position of judgment and contrast it with the experimental ethical model, to show in what sense ethics could be interpreted as an aesthetics of life.
