| Sumario: | This paper analyzes the problematization of key topics in indigenous matters, such as access to territory and territorial development in La Matanza district. Through an ethnographic work with the Tres Ombúes multiethnic community, in the context of a territorial conflict, shortcomings were identified in the fulfillment of territorial rights for development with identity, respect for biodiversity, food sovereignty, participation, consultation and prior, free and informed consent. Faced with this situation, the community reorganized and promoted self-managed actions based on their community lifestyles, along with institutional practices directed at local, provincial, and national state actors. These actions constituted public-political positions and demands to raise awareness of their situation, make demands, and influence the local public agenda to guarantee their rights. |
