| Sumario: | Cholesterol‐20‐14C was synthesized in four steps from pregnenolone‐20‐14C. The labelled intermediates were proven to be cholest‐5‐ene‐3β, 20α‐diol acetate‐3, cholesta‐5, 20 (22)‐diene‐3β‐ol acetate, and cholesterol acetate by 1H‐n.m.r. spectroscopical analysis.
