Sitosterol 3-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside from Senecio bonariensis

A new sterol glycoside was isolated from the methanolic extract of roots of Senecio bonariensis. Its structure was established as sitosterol 3-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside by spectral data and chemical conversions. © 1990.
