Sumario:We present a Skyrme-like effective interaction in the spin antisymmetric particle-hole channel designed so as to adjust the magnetic Landau coefficients in the full density range, from saturation to fusion. Together with an interaction of similar structure, already successful to describe spin symmetric thermodynamic properties and density fluctuations, the overall density functional, with its short wavelength structure distorted to make room to finite range and small scale inhomogeneity effects, generates scattering amplitudes appropriate to acceptably reproduce the second-order phase transition of liquid 3He. © 1992.
