To identify the information services tailored for students entering higher education via affirmative actions, contextualized within the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. The research was based on a theoretical framework carried out in Information Science databases covering the literature from 2012 to 2023. Some actions are already being developed by libraries, reinforcing their pivotal social role. There are a variety of user groups served by inclusive information services. However, while some of these services are offered by non-academic libraries, the potential exists for adaptation and incorporation within the university library environments. Studies centered on affirmative actions within the scope of the inclusive university library, the Sustainable Development Goal and the 2030 Agenda are gaining traction. However, these three areas remain unexplored in the context of Information Science research, which is the main contribution of this article. | |
| 520 | 3 | |a O artigo apresenta reflexões sobre os serviços que as bibliotecas universitárias estão desenvolvendo para atender à diversidade da comunidade universitária que ingressa no ensino superior pelo sistema de cotas, ou seja, pelas políticas de ações afirmativas sob a perspectiva dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da Agenda 2030. Identificar quais são os serviços de informação que estão sendo desenvolvidos para atender às demandas informacionais e sociais dos estudantes que ingressam no ensino superior beneficiados pelas ações afirmativas, frente aos ODS da Agenda 2030. A pesquisa baseou-se em referencial teórico realizado nas bases de dados da área da Ciência da Informação com intervalo temporal entre 2012 e 2023. O estudo identifica que algumas ações já estão sendo desenvolvidas pelas bibliotecas, tornando seu papel social irrefutável. Há uma variedade de grupos de usuários atendidos por serviços de informação inclusivos, entretanto, alguns desses serviços são ofertados por outras tipologias de bibliotecas, mas que são passíveis de adaptar e ofertar no ambiente universitário. Os estudos centrados nas ações afirmativas no âmbito da biblioteca universitária inclusiva, os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável e a Agenda 2030 são temas tendências e em ascensão, porém essas três áreas ainda não estão bem conectadas no contexto das pesquisas em ciências da informação, sendo este a principal contribuição deste artigo. | |
