For this reason, it is very important to introduce the teaching of information and communications technologies (ICTs) in secondary schools. In Argentina, a lot of profesionals in information technology (IT) will be needed in following years. The existence of public policies in order to achieve that are very important. In this work we present different aspects related with the existence of IT in Argentina. Special attention is put into the information technology teaching in secondary schools. © 2012 IEEE.  |l eng
