En diversos tipos de actividades y organizaciones se utilizan no sólo para facilitar las tareas a realizar, sino que se han convertido en una necesidad para el eficiente desarrollo de las mismas. La administración hotelera no es la excepción a la regla. Para un hotel es importante contar con un sistema informático que le ayude a administrar la gran cantidad de elementos que se interrelacionan para el funcionamiento del mismo. Pero sin embargo, siendo que existen todo tipo de hoteles en cuanto a servicios ofrecidos y envergadura, muchos no tienen acceso a la utilización de herramientas informáticas debido al alto costo que representan. La Argentina además, posee un tipo particular de hoteles: las cooperativas. Las mismas representan a un grupo de trabajadores que se auto organizan para llevar adelante las tareas del negocio, pero en nuestro país son un reflejo de las constantes fluctuaciones de la economía nacional y por ende el factor económico es clave. Es por ese motivo que en el presente trabajo se realizará un sistema de gestión hotelera que resuelva las necesidades más importantes de un hotel cooperativo, pensando el mismo como una solución gratuita para las organizaciones. | |

They represent a group of workers who organize themselves to carry out the business tasks, but in our country they are a reflection of the constant fluctuations of the national economy and therefore the economic factor is key. It is for this reason that in the present work will be realized a hotel management system that solves the most important needs of a cooperative hotel, thinking the same as a free solution for organizations. | |
