We will emphasize the problems that arise and give our critical opinion on the matter. Se advierten dificultades en la emisión del Consentimiento Informado para actos médicos tanto en las condiciones para su validez como en la eficacia del mismo. Por ello, nos proponemos analizar su marco conceptual y la legislación aplicable, teniendo como punto de partida las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad, tales como los menores de edad y aquellas personas que no están capacitados para ejercer sus derechos por estar en estado vegetativo. Pondremos énfasis en los problemas que se suscitan y daremos nuestra opinión crítica al respecto.
