ABSTRACTThe present story seeks to share a lived experience which emerged from cross-disciplinary communication, in which different healthcare professionals participated, encouraged by a final work requirement of the Community Health Seminar belonging to the Family and Community Health Master Degree Course in the National University of Santiago del Estero during the year 2020. The purpose is to show the lived experience from a diversity of experiences throughout the teamwork process, which was able to approach other senses in relation to praxis since it was based on dialogical articulations and constructions of theoretical sources of different origin. From this standpoint, each professional trajectory in the healthcare system was observed in an attempt to rescue the thoughts, feelings and lived experiences within healthcare,recognising one’s own actions by living work in the act (Merhy, 2009). It is from this point that the construction of a sentimental mapping emerges, taking into account S. Rolnik’s idea (1989) so as to refer to recognition from the standpoint of subjectivities, questioning the known world, losing some senses in pursuit of developing others (p. 1), creating new senses from the vibrational field, recognizing sameness and otherness, producing professional knowledge to transcend and widen the chances of developing a fairer, humanized and community-oriented professional practice in the healthcare field. |

RESUMENEn el presente relato se propone compartir una vivencia que emerge desde la comunicación transdisciplinaria, donde participan diferentes profesionales del equipo de salud, motivadas por medio de una consigna de trabajo final en el Seminario de Salud Comunitaria de la Maestría en Salud Familiar y Comunitaria, Universidad Nacional de Santiago del Estero, durante el año 2020. Específicamente se procura mostrar la vivencia desde una diversidad de experiencias en las trayectorias de trabajo del grupo, que durante esta formación pudo abordar otros sentidos en relación a sus praxis, a partir de articulaciones y construcciones desde el diálogo mediante fuentes teóricas de diferentes procedencias. Desde allí se inició un recorrido de cada trayectoria profesional en el sistema de salud, intentando rescatar los pensares, sentires y vivires en el cuidado de la salud, reconociéndose en el trabajo vivo en acto (Merhy, 2009). De esto surge la construcción de una cartografía sentimental tomando la propuesta de S. Rolnik (1989), para reconocer desde las subjetividades, interpelándose el mundo conocido, “perdiendo los sentidos y formándose otros”(p.1), creando nuevos sentidos desde el campo vibracional, reconociendo su mismidad y otredad, produciendo conocimientos profesionales para trascender y ampliar las posibilidades de desarrollar un ejercicio profesional humanizado y comunitario en el campo de la salud, más justo. RESUMONeste relatório propõe-se partilhar uma experiência que emerge da comunicação transdisciplinar, onde participam diferentes profissionais da equipa de saúde, motivados através de um trabalho de conclusão de curso no Seminário de Saúde Comunitária do Mestrado em Saúde Familiar e Comunitária, Universidade Nacional de Santiago del Estero, durante o ano de 2020. Especificamente, busca mostrar a experiência a partir de uma diversidade de experiências nas trajetórias de trabalho do grupo, que durante esta formação foi capaz de abordar outros sentidos em relação à sua práxis, a partir de articulações e construções. do diálogo por meio de fontes teóricas de diferentes origens. A partir daí, iniciou-se um percurso de cada trajetória profissional no sistema de saúde, buscando resgatar os pensamentos, sentimentos e vivências no cuidado à saúde, reconhecendo-se no trabalho vivo (Merhy, 2009). Daí surge a construção de uma cartografia sentimental a partir da proposta de S. Rolnik (1989), de reconhecer a partir das subjetividades, questionar o mundo conhecido, “perder os sentidos e formar outros” (p.1), criando novos sentidos a partir do campo vibracional, reconhecendo sua mesmice e alteridade, produzindo saberes profissionais para transcender e ampliar as possibilidades de desenvolver uma prática profissional mais justa e humanizada no campo da saúde.
