Introduction: The global health crisis at the end of 2019 caused by the SARS COV-2 virus (Covid-19) has shown the need and importance of having health professionals in adequatenumbers to meet the care needs of the population, where Nursing care has become a challenge in providing direct care to the person, since it requires specialization and high complexity, being necessary to face the growing demand. Objective: To analyze the experiences of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit during the Covid-19 pandemic, in a public hospital in the city of Córdoba during the period from 2020 to 2022. Methodology: Qualitative research study, with a phenomenological approach. Semi-structured open interviews were conducted with nursingprofessionals. The sample was made up of 6 nurses who focused their work on intensive care in the context of a pandemic at the Public Health Institution of the city of Córdoba. The content analysis method was used, which allowed us to discover the meaning of the narratives provided by the study subjects based on their experiences. Results: The findings obtained were determined based on the specific objectives and were organized into 5 categories. They are “sadness and anguish”, “stress and uncertainty”, “adaptability to changes in professional life”, “feeling of dehumanized care” and “discrimination and rejection”. Conclusion: The results obtained demonstrated that the Nursing Staff experienced situations of high emotional impact such as fear and anguish due to the health crisis they were going through, since they were on the front line fighting the virus. Likewise, it was evident that nursing professionals fully estress and uncertainty regarding professional responsibility during the pandemic, well as adaptability to changes in professional and personal life caused by multiple causes. |

Introducción: La crisis sanitaria mundial a finales de 2019 provocada por el virus SARS COV-2 (Covid-19), ha mostrado la necesidad e importancia de disponer de profesionales de salud en número adecuado a las necesidades de cuidados de la población, donde la atención de enfermería se ha convertido en un reto al brindar cuidado directo a la persona, ya que requiere de especialización y de alta complejidad, siendo necesario para enfrentar la demanda creciente. Objetivo: Analizar las vivencias del personal de enfermería en Unidad de Terapia Intensiva durante la pandemia por Covid-19, en un hospital público de la ciudad de Córdoba durante el periodo de 2020 al 2022. Metodología: Estudio de investigación cualitativo, con enfoque fenomenológico. Se realizaron entrevistas abiertas semiestructuradas a profesionales de enfermería. La muestra estuvo conformada por 6 enfermeros que abocaron su labor en cuidados intensivos en contexto de pandemia en la Institución de Salud Pública de la ciudad de Córdoba. Se empleó el método de análisis de contenido el cual permitió descubrir el significado de las narraciones que brindaron los sujetos de estudio basado en sus experiencias. Resultados: Los hallazgos obtenidos se determinaron en función de los objetivos específicos y se organizaron en 5 categorías. Las mismas son “tristeza y angustia”, “estrés e incertidumbre”, “adaptabilidad ante los cambios en la vida profesional”, “sentimiento del cuidado deshumanizado” y “discriminación y rechazo”. Conclusión: Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que el Personal de Enfermería vivenció situaciones de alto impacto emocional como miedo y angustia debido a la crisis sanitaria que estaban atravesando, puesto que se encontraban en primera línea luchando contra el virus. Así mismo se evidenció que los profesionales de enfermería vivenciaron plenamente estrés e incertidumbre ante la responsabilidad profesional durante la pandemia, como así también la adaptabilidad ante los cambios de la vida profesional y personal devenidos por multicausales. Introdução: A crise sanitária global no final de 2019 causado pelo vírus SARS COV-2 (Covid-19) mostrou a necessidade e importância de contar com profissionais de saúde em número adequado para atender às necessidades de cuidados da população, onde a assistência de Enfermagem tem torna-se um desafio na prestação de cuidados diretos à pessoa, poisexige especialização e alta complexidade, sendo necessário fazer frente à crescente demanda. Objetivo: Analisar as vivências dos trabalhadores de enfermagem na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva durante a pandemia de Covid-19, em um hospital público da cidade de Córdoba, no período de 2020 a 2022. Metodologia: Estudo de pesquisa qualitativa, com abordagem fenomenológica. Foram realizadas entrevistas abertas semiestruturadas com profissionais de enfermagem. A amostra foi composta por 6 enfermeiros que focaram seu trabalho na terapia intensiva em contexto de pandemia na Instituição de Saúde Pública da cidade de Córdoba. Foi utilizado o método de análise de conteúdo, que permitiu descobrir o significado das narrativas fornecidas pelos sujeitos do estudo a partir de suas experiências. Resultados: Os resultados obtidos foram determinados com base nos objetivos específicos e foram organizados em 5 categorias. São eles “tristeza e angústia”, “estresse e incerteza”, “adaptação às mudanças na vida profissional”, “sentimento de cuidado desumanizado” em “discriminação e rejeição”.Conclusão: Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que a Equipe de Enfermagem vivenciava situações de alta impacto emocional como medo e angústia pela crise sanitária que atravessavam, pois estavam na linha de frente no combate ao vírus.Da mesma forma, ficou evidente que os profissionais de enfermagem vivenciaram plenamente o estresse e a incerteza quanto à responsabilidade profissional durante a pandemia, bem como como adaptabilidade às mudanças na vidaprofissional e pessoal causadas por múltiplas causas.
