| Sumario: | Among the activities carried out by the Nutrition Service at the National Hospital of Clinics for the target audience, various recommendations on dietary practices are shared; for example, in this case we are discussing the use of sweeteners.

The recommendation is based on the results of a systematic review of the available evidence, which suggests that the use of sweeteners does not confer any long-term benefits.
