The following article attempts to answer the question, who thinks when we think professionally? To respond to it, the main objective is to identify the ways in which the vision of ‘who thinks’ limits the professional practice of Psychology. To do this, it analyses a series of elements that the concepts “vision” homogenize, forming a single series: rationality, language, and world. In the aforementioned sense, first, it seeks to identify how rationality operates in the various philosophical positions that structure the vision. For this reason, the thoughts of Kant and bell hooks are opposed to show how homogenizing and hegemonic perspectives such as the Kantian ones influence social inequalities and injustices.Second, it try to elucidate how language structures and impose the vision. For this reason, it compare some oppositions to the idea of Kantian universal language and analyze the reciprocal articulation between language and vision , exposing Sandoval's criticism of Haraway in relation to the possibility of converting the term cyborg into a hegemonic category running the risk of imposing a totalitarian and dominant point of view.Third, it intend to reveal the various views that the exposed critical thoughts have on the world. Consequently, a reconstruction of the previous analysis try to demonstrate how rationality and language operate in the worldview.
