In the same gesture, make a brief historiography of feminism. We are especially interested in dwelling on the story of the character of Laura Brown, to investigate the staging of sadness as an enabler of flight (and life) and care policies tied to the agency, election and heterosexuality as a political system. Then, we will analyze the affects surrounding the flee from domesticity -which constitutes this character as  "monster"-, and we will try to articulate the film's affective atmosphere with a the feminist imaginaries about the care among-women as well as the sadness like shared affection -therefore political- and its effects on our feminist living. In this regard, we ask ourselves what sadness makes possible: What does sadness do (to us)? En el presente trabajo nos proponemos indagar acerca de la tristeza como afecto político a través de una narración cinematográfica. Las Horas, un filme dramático de EE.UU. del año 2002 dirigido por Stephen Daldry, nos posibilitará explorar la articulación política entre la tristeza como afecto circulante y los cuerpos feminizados y, en el mismo gesto, realizar una breve historización del feminismo. Nos interesa especialmente detenernos en la historia del personaje de Laura Brown, para indagar la escenificación de la tristeza como posibilitadora de la huida (y de la vida) y las políticas de cuidado anudadas a la agencia, a la elección y a la heterosexualidad como sistema político. Para ello analizaremos los afectos alrededor de una huida de la domesticidad -que constituye a este personaje en un “monstruo”- , y procuraremos articular la atmósfera afectiva de la película con imaginarios feministas acerca del cuidado de-entre-por mujeres así como la tristeza como afecto compartido -por tanto político- y sus efectos en nuestro habitar feminista. En tal sentido, nos preguntamos qué posibilita la tristeza: ¿Qué (nos) hace la tristeza?
