In particular, we aim to discover if a group of technicians and specialists was created to be part the technical departments system that was inaugurated in 1908 in Mendoza Province for regulation, control and taxation as well as promotion of the wine and agricultural agro industries, in times of economic expansion and crisis. Sobre la base de investigaciones previas acerca de las políticas públicas de enseñanza agrícola en Mendoza, en este trabajo abordaremos la repercusión de estas políticas sectoriales conociendo si los graduados de la Escuela Nacional de Vitivinicultura de Mendoza, inaugurada en 1896, ocuparon puestos en las administraciones estatales, provincial y nacional. En particular, si se conformó un grupo de técnicos y especialistas con participación en el sistema de dependencias técnicas que se inauguró desde 1908 en la provincia para la regulación, control y fiscalización, y para la promoción de la actividades vitivinícola y agrícola, en momentos de expansión económica pero también de crisis.
