This article shares the study carried out in the research and co-creation laboratories developed in Córdoba (Argentina) and Madrid (Spain) within the framework of my PhD thesis, De las vivencias en pandemia por la Covid-19 al laboratorio en Artes Vivas: los itinerarios psicoafectivos como medio de experiencia (From the Personal Experiences during the Covid-19 Pandemic to the Laboratory in Living Arts: the Psycho-Affective Itineraries as a Means of Experience). It is an interdisciplinary artistic investigation traversed by the discourses of sociological, anthropological and philosophical theory, which starts from the daily routines carried out in the urban space during the 2020 and 2021 confinements. The practice involves artists and citizens of different ages and backgrounds in the elaboration of personal psycho-affective itineraries, which are then shared with a small group of companions (“audience”).
