In this context, this study aimed to investigate which the  indicators pointed out by scholars in relation to two didactic and pedagogical subjects of the Biological Science Degree course and their formation are. Data were collected through reports written by academics, which were qualitatively analyzed based on the content analysis method. It has been found that working with projects, used as a guide for these subjects, has enabled contact with school reality and the critical reflection of academics on theoretical and practical inseparability, which effectively contributed to the construction of teacher identity in a reflective individual and collective manner. A formação de professores tem passado por várias reformulações e tem sido  objeto de muitas pesquisas. Neste contexto, objetivou-se investigar quais os indicativos apontados pelos acadêmicos em relação a duas disciplinas didático-pedagógicas do curso de Ciências Biológicas-Licenciatura e sua formação. Os dados foram coletados mediante relatos escritos pelos acadêmicos, os quais foram analisados de forma qualitativa, com base no método de análise de conteúdo. Evidenciou-se que o trabalho com projetos, utilizado como norteador para estas disciplinas possibilitou o contato com a realidade escolar e a reflexão crítica dos acadêmicos sobre a indissociabilidade teórico-prática, o que contribuiu de maneira efetiva para a construção da identidade docente de forma reflexiva individual e coletiva.
