The study of anatomy adaptations in stem and leaf and its relationship with environmental conditions are studied allow the application of techniques and satins which are used in histology. Therefore, pupils at laboratory school could develop abilities and dexterities to look for variables to analysis, interpret results and argument conclusions. En el presente trabajo se propone el uso de técnicas sencillas para ser utilizadas en el laboratorio y potencialmente útiles para la integración de contenidos conceptuales, procedimentales y actitudinales de Biología. A través de técnicas y coloraciones histológicas se enfrenta el estudio de las adaptaciones anatómicas de tallos y hojas de distintas especies y su relación con los factores ambientales. De este modo, los alumnos podrán desarrollar habilidades y destrezas, que los capaciten para la observación de los tejidos vegetales, identificación de variables, interpretación e inferencia, como así también en la argumentación y elaboración de conclusiones.
