| Sumario: | I present a theoretical review about Science, Technology, and Society (CTS) education to invite to use it in Biology classes.
This orientation contributes to the Scientific and Technologic Education purpose of the citizenship. It pretends a critic and reflective education. So, the student can be able to take responsible decisions based in the knowledge.
Thus, a link between the knowledge working in the class and the diary life is created, motivating the interesting of the student of the school learning.
The result of a previous research with Biology teachers in Córdoba show that a majority agree with a STS objectives in their declarations although the mort teachers haven´t training about the STS in their education. |
