I rebuild the trajectory in the relationship between the Maternal Hospital Provincial Raúl Felipe Luccini and the Penitentiary Establishment No. 3 Correctional of Women of Bower from the year 2015 to the present, making visible the bonding process experienced, from the development of monthly workshops until the construction of comprehensive inter-institutional agreements. I characterize, from the bibliographic search, the conditions in which women find themselves in confinement contexts in Argentina and the Region, evidencing how gender inequality is also reproduced in this area. In this journey I position Social Work from a theoretical, ethical and methodological perspective that stimulates the empowerment of women in their sexual and reproductive health and intervening as guarantor for the realization of Rights. En el presente trabajo de sistematización se analiza, desde una perspectiva de género y con un enfoque de derechos, el aporte del Trabajo Social inserto en un equipo interdisciplinario hospitalario en una experiencia de consejería en salud sexual y reproductiva con mujeres privadas de la libertad. Se reconstruye la trayectoria de la relación entre el Hospital Materno Provincial Dr. Raúl Felipe Lucini y el Establecimiento Penitenciario Nº 3 Correccional de Mujeres de Bower (Córdoba, Argentina) desde el año 2015 hasta la actualidad, visibilizando el proceso de vinculación transitado desde el inicio con el abordaje en espacios de talleres mensuales hasta la construcción de acuerdos interinstitucionales integrales. Además se caracteriza, a partir de la búsqueda bibliográfica, las condiciones en que se encuentran las mujeres en contextos de encierro en Argentina y la Región, evidenciando cómo se reproduce también en este ámbito la desigualdad de género. En este recorrido se posiciona al Trabajo Social desde una perspectiva teórica, ética y metodológica que estimule el empoderamiento de las mujeres en su salud sexual y reproductiva,  interviniendo como garante para la efectivización de derechos.
