On this opportunity, the communication concerns the analysis conducted of a group of teachers' didactic proposals when asked to design a Physics activity while taking into account that the classroom is heterogeneous and there is an ADHD report. The goal of the requested task is to promote a connection between theoretical knowledge and concrete practice, and to set out discussions that take into account the groups' heterogeneity and the possible didactic strategies in subjects of Physics. The anal-ysis of the productions is conducted from two dimensions, the Teaching in heterogeneous classrooms and the Management of activities. The investigation developed has a qualitative nature and is aimed towards understanding the meaning of the didactic decisions developed by teachers. The school group's heterogeneity seems to be part of some didactic decisions, since the group of teachers takes into account aspects such as the shared construction of knowledge and the organization of information, but do not do so with the management of time, the evaluation, the analysis of what is allowed by the activities, considering the stu-dents' previous knowledge and their behavior. La comunicación se enmarca en el trayecto formativo de educación continua “Enseñanza de la Física en la Educación Secundaria” (DEFES). En esta oportunidad se comunica el análisis realizado sobre las propuestas didácticas de un grupo de docentes cuando se les propone que diseñen una actividad en un tema de física teniendo en cuenta que el aula es heterogénea y existe informe de TDAH. El objetivo de la tarea solicitada es promover la vinculación entre los conocimientos teóricos y la práctica concreta y plantear discusiones que tengan en cuenta la heterogeneidad de los grupos y las posibles estrategias didácticas en temas de física. El análisis sobre las producciones se realiza desde dos dimensiones, la Enseñanza en aulas heterogéneas y la Gestión de las actividades. La investigación que se desarrolla es de carácter cualitativo y se orienta hacia la comprensión de los significados de las decisiones didácticas que desarrollan los profesores. La heterogeneidad del grupo escolar pareciera estar presente en algunas decisiones didácticas, dado que el grupo de docentes tiene en cuenta aspectos como la construcción con otros del cono-cimiento y la organización de la información, pero no así la gestión del tiempo, la evaluación, el análisis de lo que las actividades permiten teniendo en cuenta los saberes previos y las actitudes de los estudiantes.
