Sumario:This article aims to discuss the use of games in the teaching of physics, which can be used as a resource that positively helps in the teaching and learning processes, making the classes more dynamic and participatory. The research has a qualitative approach, with the presentation of a didactic proposal related to the consumption of electrical energy, based on a board game with cards containing questions that vary in levels and that are associated with the student's daily attitudes and practices. This research considers the game as a didactic support tool, using active approaches that guide the teaching process. In addition to being a playful tool, the use of games provides the investigation of problematic situations, the evaluation of applications of scientific and technological knowledge and its implications in the world.
