The process itself and the experience gained gradually transformed the objectives and methods of this group, becoming an action research team that seeks to modify and improve the reality of local physics teaching, proposing concrete and applicable alternatives. that reach teachers through projects, workshops and training; without neglecting its initial objective of providing an innovative look at the teaching of physics to the students themselves. En este trabajo se sintetizan las acciones y reflexiones de un grupo de docentes y estudiantes del Profesorado de Física de Salta, agrupados en un taller experimental y vocacional denominado “Física en chancletas” que, a través de los años, se fue transformando en un elemento esencial y singular de la formación de los estudiantes del profesorado. El proceso mismo y la experiencia ganada, fueron modificando los objetivos y métodos de este grupo, hasta llegar a conformarse como un equipo de investigación en la acción, que busca modificar y mejorar la realidad de la enseñanza de la física local, proponiendo alternativas concretas y aplicables que llegan a los docentes a través de proyectos, talleres y capacitaciones; sin dejar de lado su objetivo inicial de aportar una mirada innovadora sobre la enseñanza de la física a los propios estudiantes del profesorado.
