Here, the problem of the cultural relations is approached as “dimensions of knowledge” and proposes the problem of interculturality as “pluri-territoriality”. The second subtopic: “the critic interculturality against the new emerging orders,” tries to make a brief approximation about the deep transformations happening in the actual hegemonic dynamics and during the last decades. Using a minimal description of these processes, this work aims to clarify from a theoretical approach the “emergent system of control over the life,” that has been brewing through an intensive homogenization as a product of the epistemic and scientific capacities which are ruling the social relations. The third subtopic, “the critic intercultural philosophy against the emergent new order,” exposes the problem of pluri-territoriality as an anti-systemic epistemic alternative, not only for the theoretical work projection, but to create new resilience relations through the socio-territorial diversification promoted by interconnection networks between pluricultural experiences. As a conclusion, some basic elements are presented to begin a path “Toward an Intercultural Pedagogy” starting from an epistemic detachment (Mignolo W 2010:124) together with an anti-systemic theoretical project. |

El presente ensayo busca realizar algunas aproximaciones teóricas para problematizar contemporáneamente el tema de la cultura y su papel en el desarrollo socio-territorial. El Trabajo se divide en 4 temas. El primero “reinventar el concepto cultura”, busca crear un referente teórico que permita renovar las discusiones sobre la diversidad cultural frente a lo que se define como el “emergente sistema de control sobre la vida” que desplaza al capitalismo. En dicho tema se aborda el problema de las relaciones culturales como “dimensiones del conocimiento” y se plantea el problema de la intercutluralidad como “pluri-territorialidad”. El Segundo abordaje: “La interculturalidad crítica frente a los nuevos ordenes emergentes”, trata de realizar una breve aproximación sobre las transformaciones profundas que suceden en las actuales dinámicas hegemónicas de las últimas décadas. A través de una descripción mínima de estos procesos, se busca esclarecer desde un abordaje teórico “el emergente sistema de control sobre la vida” que se va gestando a través de una homogenización intensiva producto de las capacidades epistémicas y científicas que van gobernando las relaciones sociales. El tercer tema “La intercultural crítica frente a la emergencia del nuevo orden”, aborda el problema de la “pluri-territorialidad” como alternativa epistémica anti-sistemica, no sólo para la proyección del trabajo teórico, sino, para crear nuevas relaciones de resistencia a través de la diversificación socio-territorial promovida por medio de redes de interconexión entre experiencias pluriculturales. A manera de conclusión, se presentan algunos elementos básicos para comenzar el camino “Hacia una pedagogía intercultural” desde un desprendimiento epistémico (Mignolo W. 2010:124) junto a un proyecto teórico anti-sistémico. O presente ensaio procura fazer algumas abordagens teóricas para problematizar contemporaneamente a questão da cultura e o seu papel no desenvolvimento sócio-territorial. O trabalho está dividido em 4 secções. A primeira "reinventando o conceito de cultura", procura criar uma referência teórica que permita renovar as discussões sobre a diversidade cultural perante o que é definido como o "sistema emergente de controlo sobre a vida" que desloca o capitalismo. Esta secção aborda o problema das relações culturais como "dimensões do conhecimento" e levanta o problema da interculturalidade como "pluri-territorialidade". A segunda abordagem: "Interculturalidade crítica face às novas ordens emergentes", tenta fazer uma breve abordagem sobre as profundas transformações que acontecem na actual dinâmica hegemónica das últimas décadas. Através de uma descrição mínima destes processos, procura esclarecer a partir de uma abordagem teórica "o sistema emergente de controlo sobre a vida" que está a ser desenvolvido através de um produto de homogeneização intensiva das capacidades epistémicas e científicas que estão a reger as relações sociais. A terceira secção "A crítica intercultural perante a emergência da nova ordem", aborda o problema da "pluri-territorialidade" como uma alternativa epistémica anti-sistémica, não só para a projecção do trabalho teórico, mas, para criar novas relações de resistência através da diversificação sócio-territorial promovida por meio de redes de interligação entre experiências pluriculturais.
