spelling I10-R355-article-95422018-10-29T11:26:51Z Check list de sustentabilidad aplicada al proyecto Check list de sustentabilidad aplicada al proyecto Giobellina, Beatriz Complejidad Sustentabilidad Estratégico Complexity Sustainability Strategic The article argues that, in an approach from the complex framework of sustainability in the fields of architecture, urbanism and spatial planning, it is important to move towards new analytical and design strategies; and it proposes a useful (under construction) tool for this purpose: A Check List or roadmap that allows students or designers to verify the interaction between those unavoidable issues when performing an operation on the territory or develop projects (primarily residential complexes high or medium density) by a matrix formed by the crossing of a multi-scale view (from the global to the scale of the building) with eight sets of general principles that are constructed in the international debate on the objective of sustainability: integrity and strategic analysis; precautionary principle and remediation; finitude; equity, social cohesion and inclusion, participation and social prominence; natural biodiversity; complexity; territorial metabolism efficiency, preservation, conservation and austerity; and autonomy , sovereignty, subsistence and resilience. El artículo plantea que, en un abordaje desde el marco teórico complejo de la sustentabilidad en los campos de la arquitectura, el urbanismo y la ordenación del territorio, es importante avanzar hacia nuevas estrategias analíticas y proyectuales; y propone una herramienta útil (y en construcción) para ese fin: una Check-List u hoja de ruta que permita a estudiantes o proyectistas una verificación de la interacción entre aquellos aspectos ineludibles a la hora de realizar una intervención en el territorio o desarrollar proyectos (principalmente conjuntos habitacionales de alta o media densidad), mediante una matriz conformada por el cruce de una mirada multi-escalar (desde lo global a la escala del edificio) con ocho conjuntos de principios generales que van construyéndose en el debate internacional en torno al objetivo de sustentabilidad (Integralidad y análisis estratégico; principio de precaución y remediación; finitud; equidad, cohesión e inclusión social, participación y protagonismo social; biodiversidad natural; complejidad; eficiencia del metabolismo territorial, preservación, conservación y austeridad; y autonomía, soberanía, subsistencia y resiliencia.
